Level One provides a core understanding of the Macrobiotic principles involved in this comprehensive and holistic philosophy.
In this course you will:

About the course:

. All classes are given in English.
. Number of hours: 111 hours.
. Equivalence to the Annual Macrobiotic Course, Level I.
. The course includes: lunch, dinner (4 times per week on cooking classes days), handouts, and certificate of participation

Bill Tara

Californiano e pioneiro em cuidados de saúde naturais, Bill Tara é um dos líderes do movimento macrobiótico mundial, tendo pedido ao Congresso Americano para dar o seu testemunho em questões relacionadas com saúde.

Cristiano Couto Martins

Cristiano Couto Martins é licenciado em Psicopedagogia Clínica e facilitador de Biodanza SRT. Cristiano é titulado pela Escola de Biodanza SRT Porto.

Francisco Varatojo

Director do IMP, em conjunto com a mulher, Geninha Horta Varatojo, e é desde há muitos anos reconhecido como um dos consultores macrobióticos mais qualificados, sendo procurado regularmente pelos principais centros europeus para seminários e consultas.

Geninha Horta Varatojo

É a Co-Directora do IMP e foi a fundadora do Instituto Kushi de Portugal, em conjunto com o marido, Francisco Varatojo.

João Filippi

João Filippi é Shiatsu-terapeuta, coordenador e professor da Escola de Shiatsu de Portugal - no Instituto Macrobiótico de Portugal.

Lourenço Azevedo

É licenciado em Medicina Tradicional Chinesa pela Escola Superior de Medicina Tradicional Chinesa de Lisboa e pela "Nanjing Univesity of Traditional Chinese Medicine", na RPC em, 2003.

Marco Fonseca

Marco Fonseca frequentou o Curso de Engenharia do Ambiente, tendo depois optado por estudar Macrobiótica, completando o Curso Curricular no IMP. Ao longo dos anos, tem tido uma vasta e enriquecedora experiência na área da culinária macrobiótica.
